3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on be22 is ৳300. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned subject to processing fees levied by the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as part of be22's anti-money laundering controls. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment provider and any KYC verification requirements outstanding on the account. be22 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on be22 are final once confirmed by the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet selections, stake amounts, and market selections are correct before confirming placement. be22 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a market is declared void in accordance with these rules.

5.2 Void Markets

A market or event may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the time period specified in the market rules; the result cannot be verified from an official source; there is evidence of match manipulation or corruption; or be22 determines that a palpable error was made in setting the market (including incorrect odds, incorrect team names, or incorrect event dates). In the event of a void market, all stakes will be refunded to the player's be22 account balance.

5.3 Outright and Pre-Match Markets

be22 specialises in outright tournament winner markets and pre-match betting across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Outright markets remain open until the specified deadline and are settled upon conclusion of the relevant competition. Dead heat rules apply where two or more selections finish in the same position.

5.4 Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds during live betting are subject to rapid change. be22 reserves the right to suspend a live market at any time. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid. be22 will not be responsible for any delay between live match developments and the updating of odds on the platform.

5.5 Maximum Payout Limits

be22 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day as published in the platform's betting rules section. Bets that would generate a payout exceeding the maximum will be settled at the maximum payout limit. be22 reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Casino Games

be22 Casino offers live dealer games and slot titles sourced from third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. be22 reserves the right to pursue legal action and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in cases involving suspected criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering connected to any be22 account.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party outages may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

12. Amendments to These Terms

be22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Minor clarifications and non-material updates may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the be22 platform after any amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Termination & Account Closure

Any outstanding verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deduction of any applicable fees. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

be22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or age verification failure. In cases of account closure due to a breach by the player, be22 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, return the original deposit amount only after deducting any bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and investigation costs.
